Trophy Mounts/Lodges are bugged

After I installed Patch 8.4 and bought both the Scotland and Premium Trophy Mount DLC, I went in my lodge and saw, that all mounts are glitched in the floor and all the trophies on the wall moved up a little bit. My friend has the same problem. This is for all lodge types, even the Layton Lakes Lodge
I tried to create a brand new lodge and even reinstalled the whole game but nothing helped.
I cant even place trophies on the mounts or on the wall. If i press "E" then nothing happens.
And the lodges in Multiplayer look the bugged for me, but not for the original lodge owner.

at first, it was kinda funny and i thought a simple game restart would fix it. As i realized that I cant solve it I was getting frustrated and now I cant place any Trophies or look at the new mounts. Really hope they fix this

Ik it would be an absolute pain to do, but what happens if you retrieve all your trophies from the menu, delete your lodges, (maybe do a restart) and then make a new one?
