Greetings, fellow hunters!
Since connection issues (on Xbox) are frequently discussed here—and I personally struggled with them for a very, very, and I mean REALLY long time, both with support and AI—I eventually found a possible solution that has been working for me so far.
I'll go step by step and list everything I did to improve or resolve the issue:

Set a static IP for your router.

Set up Address Reservation in your router's DHCP settings for your Xbox, so its IP address doesn't change.

I also disabled UPnP.

In your router, enable all necessary ports, preferably using port forwarding for Xbox. These are:
- 3074 TCP & UDP (if you're using an alternate port, enable that one too)
- 88 UDP
- 500 UDP
- 3544 UDP (or both TCP & UDP)
- 4500 UDP
- 14000 UDP
- 14008 UDP
- 20000 UDP
would also recommend getting a public IPv4, or ideally IPv6—that could really help as well.
And don’t forget to restart both your router and your Xbox after applying these settings
