There's 3 different 308 rifles in game and way too many tactical style rifles already
absolutely not, the game doesn't need any more Ugly Tactical Mumbo Jumbo
Could be another 6.5 or a 300win mag
I have no issue with a Sig Cross being added to the game so long as its a 6.5 creed.
I just want another 6.5 because I don't like the one in the game rn
My wife loves this Rifle. Its ugly sure but its easy to pack & carry, light weight, & accurate. Sry to those who think its too tactical looking, but the cross is considered a modern-day pack hunting rifle if you can believe it. Dont get me wrong its not my preference but even I cant say anything bad about this rifle.
I'll note this rifle in 6.5 Creed is rather popular. Multiple videos can be watched with various hunts. I've seen it become rather popular with black bear hunts, boar, & even for some EU hunts.
If I were you, I'd change the post title. Unfortunately, ppl are going to see the cross and automatically think its another tactical rifle from the images without even knowing what it actually is. If you want to get support for it add video links of hunts with it as well as why it should be added. I can vouch for this personally, but others need convincing.
i personally wouldn't mind another 6.5 but I'd rather it be based off a Sako Rifle (Because they are beautiful) preferably a Sako 85
I dont disagree however I'm not against it for those who have a preference. My wife uses the Rayo alot in game. If they added the Cross well idt I could get her to use another rifle ingame bc she loves it. Besides the 6.5 in-game isnt a Creed but is a 6.5x55 from what most have said which makes sense given CC. Though I agree w/@silent linden on a seperate post the 6.5 is 1 of the many that needs tweaked next to the 30-30, 45-70, 270, & theres another I cant recall at the moment. Ofc this doesnt include various caliber reclasses to boot.
I see the Cross being light weight, snappy on the reload, since its light weight it'll have more aim stability which means less shake (weapon sway), & with it chambered in 6.5 creed low recoil. Overall in-game it would be a great choice as a 3-7.
I wasnt aware but now that I am I would prefer the Cross in Wood furniture over the collapsable Polymer Chassis. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zndWfeuM0so
Join the conversation with SIG SAUER as they consider an exciting new venture: introducing a wood stock option for the iconic SIG CROSS rifle! As the NRA 2024 event approaches, your input could shape the future of firearm design.
In this video, we delve into the potential of a wood stock variant for the SIG CROSS, exploring its aesthetic appeal...
Its a niche but I prefer thumbhole stocks & I want to see more.
I liket the more tactical one just because it fits the personality of the sig weapon line and they are known to be tactical
I get that to some looks matter however to others they look at practicality. I fall in a bit of both. Personally yea the look of the cross w/o knowing anything about it is an ugly rifle. However since my wife has 1 despite how it looks it has more practical benefits. Unless you explain it to folks your going to get more negative feedback then good in the eyes of the community. EW may look at this & if they did a logical explanation would give them something they may or could consider. Just trying to help ya out bc I have no issues with this model. Though my preference leans on the wood furniture version over the standard. I would love to get both options since the 6.5mm in-game had 3 different stock options as well.
Furthermore, if the Cross was to be added I could see it being added in a Modern Weapons 2 pack. I 200% agree We Dont Need Another .308 or 300Win. A 6.5 Creedmoor: (3-7) would be ideal.
I said that but ok
I'm aware you mentioned it as a 6.5 creed release; however it needed to be restated in bold so it's clear. EW needs to refrain from making repeats and needs to innovate more.
They have repeated many calibers a new 6.5 wouldn't hurt
