(I had read rules before posting it and searched similar topics about Trophies and Plaques but there were SO MANY and differently specific I didn't know which to add it to so I created new thread, I am sorry)

YEEAAAH HERE WE GO! 🔥
I am SO EXCITED for the new update, new map and ESPECIALLY update for the Trophies!!

I love placing my trophies but the system it had was such a nightmare it made me tired and had to pause. Searching for that one specific animal while you couldn't sort it by name or color or rank... I wanted to compare which is my best Red Deer but I had to scroll down like 200 animals AND write down numbers to compare AND then after finding every Red Deer, I had to scroll again to find THAT specific one. Wild.

So yeah, filter is something I totally love to see in the lodge update. I didn't see it in the trailer but will be there also filter for colors rater "common uncommon and rare" ?? It's hard to keep track of how they are called for each animal (and the game doesn't even tell you), and of course I would like to prefer showing of rare colors on my trophies.

I didn't see any decoration of the plaques either, only changing shape and colors.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE,
Even if it was a winning price for completing challenges and such like the gun spray paint,
could we please get THESE kinds of decorative plaques???
I am really hoping for them since I started playing this game.
They are so beautiful and gives the trophy special care and personality. Some have some data on it written, we could write something too, would it be possible?
AND AND could we finally actually put a SKULL on the trophy instead of full head or antlers only?
The game has animal skeletons implemented in the model, just take the skull out, give it a texture and put it on a plaque? Would it be possible?

It would be such a game changer of realism for me!

We need interchangeable bases as well. I didn't see anything about base changes. Has anyone heard if the update is just for Plaques or are we going to have different options of terrain for bases as well?

Also thank God for a trophy filter finally. It was so badly needed.

EW has the completed skull models and needs to mount them on those plaques.

While we are here I also wanted to introduce this plaque customisation idea, but I didn't managed to before the Update.

But the overall idea would be like this;
Instead of forced S-M-L plaques on walls, the walls would be rather considered as "selectable area" for plaques and we would be able to choose if non, or one large, up to two medium, up to three small, and it's various positioning ... or a gun display or just the fur if ever introduced.

Based on selection on the separated areas it could create some nice customization for the trophies.

This would lead to giving lodge special personality mirroring the player's preferences.
Focused on small game? Put only small game plaques.
Focused on big game? Add big game plaque.
Want to show off gun collection? Add just guns.
Want to have it balanced? You can do it!

Additional to this, I was wondering if we could get a choice if to harvest entire animal or just the head (not counting 1-2(?) rank animals).

For example with a rare color I want the full body, yes. But focused on antler hunt all I care are the antlers. And it gets really expensive when you have to constantly pay like 8-10.000 (red deer) for each body.

So it would be nice to agree with harvesting only the head of the animal, which would cost less,
and the con of it would be that you can't put the animal in the full-body trophy, only the plaque ones for the head, skull (with antlers/horns) or antlers/horns/teeth.

I actually thought those numbers will be swapped for the type o.o

40 new platforms, that sounds extremely exciting!

I guess it means for each small, medium, large, extra large there will be various grounds like grassy, rocky, snowy, sandy etc?

I would like more mounts for my lodge. For example: Himalayan Tahr, Feral Goat, and Chamois.

Is there an opportunity to mount the skull on a plaque?

Skull mounts really need to be a thing. There are already some skulls in outposts on some maps, it feels like a mockery at this point

We are asking EW to open up the possibility of placing animal skeletons in the lodge, like in this photo. We know that EW has skeleton models of each species, so it wouldn’t be difficult to implement.
