deleted all mods and evrything verifyed files nothing factory rested my pc nothing unistalled and reinstalled nothing helpps

Have you tried going into your folders and wiping files after uninstall? Even if you verify and uninstall the game stuff still is left in the folders sometimes, just know that you’re gonna lose progress this way and you probably will have to start a new game. ( you prolly don’t have to wipe your lodges unless you have modded stuff in there). But I can’t read the error code (too pixilated) in the photo so I can’t give you any advice there.
