Parque Fernando is a cool map in a beautiful area, but it needs some more South American Species. I suggest Guanaco, a large lama like animal commonly hunted by cougars, Greater Rhea, a large bird, kind of like a mini ostrich, and Perdiz, a small game bird commonly hunted for sport. I feel like these additions may help parque feel a little more like an actual South American map rather than just a map put in Argentina without many native species. Just wanted to throw it out there. Hope you like it!
#Parque Fernando Additions

" rather than just a map put in Argentina without many native species" that is basically big game hunting in Argentina, especially for a hunter from somewhere like the US or Europe
With that being said, these would be good additions to Parque Fernando, another native species that should also be added is the Culpeo, a large fox that is found in Patagonia
In regards to the Perdiz, their official name is the Spotted Nothura (Nothura maculosa)
Pere David deer can be hunted irl in Argentina
Having them on parque would definitely bring a lot of players over there right now
Prefer to see these on an Asian map (mainly as we need more Asian maps) as that is where they’re native and Parque only has 3 native species out of 8 total animals let the South American species shine!
Just an adittion, the small bird showed in the original post is not a spotted nothura, it looks more like a ornate tinamou
The problem with having them on an Asian map is that they are basically extinct in the wild or have very small numbers
Pere David's deer hunting is mostly on game ranches such as parque, but still more native species would be nice to have
Tigers and snow leopards are in the game and yeah the Peres David’s deer is extinct in the wild, it only exists on sanctuaries and game reserves/ranches I don’t see why we couldn’t have an Asian game reserve/ranch
But they are still extinct in the wild unlike the snow leopard or tiger. Its better to have them on a realistic game ranch that DOES have them
Well then put em in Texas not as many native species there that aren’t already in game
From what I know, the Pere David's Deer population in Asia only exist in one country: China, a country the deer were only found in until they were hunted to extinction and also a country that has effectively banned hunting since the early 2000s (with 2006 being the latest year the country was supposedly open to trophy hunting). The only 2 places that would make sense for Pere David's Deer is Texas and Argentina
I just dug a little deeper, Perdiz refers to a bunch of small game birds. I meant to put Spotted Nothura, like MooseDragon said, but I accidently got a picture of an Ornate Tinamou.
I have another small game species that would work on Parque: Southern Viscacha
It kind of looks like a chinchilla mixed with a rabbit.
They are related to chinchillas
the makes sense
This park needs to be revived!
