I’ve been playing hunter call of the wild on ps4 and have so much stuff (like every dlc and some g1s) but I’m getting a ps5 will switching my stuff over make me lose all my progress?

No, you need to transfer your save though. Either via the cloud if you have ps+ or a usb stick.
I moved from PS4 to PS5 without any issues.
You'll be amazed how much smoother it plays and how much better it looks. Enjoy!
