Basically just a new crossbow in a new style plus a better crossbow scope. And yess, the scope does have a buil in rangefinder so it would be a really upgrade

Definitely, theres no crank system so theres no harness to place on the string and remove and because its a recurve its about 4 pounds less than a compound bow with the same draw weight.
This bow has a 175 pound draw weight too
