Plus Cormorant Hunting is more of a thing in places like Sweden, Finland and some other European countries, a handful of US States and a couple Canadian provinces and Japan with the main target species being Double-crested Cormorant in North America and Great Cormorant in Europe and Japan. When Australia did Cormorant culls (idk if they still do lethal culls), the Great Cormorant was the target species
And Cormorants behave differently from Geese so if they were to be added to the game (Either on Revontouli, Salzwiesen or a new map) it would not be a simple goose reskin like you claim
