#Small maps for big game(hear me out)

With the addition of Salzwiesen Park being a small map dedicated to small game, it really got the community excited about the potential for more small maps. But everyone really only thinks about birds and other small game for small maps. But there’s also a lot of species of big game that people want added to the game. So to fix that problem, here is what I’m proposing.
What if we had small maps for specific(and more) big game species? For example, Let’s say a small map set in the alps that has a small number of alpine ibex on it (maybe tiger or snow leopard numbers). Instead of making a big map with the exact same species of European game with a few new ones, here is a small map with a few new/remodeled species

I also see the potential for some really great diversity here. A small map in the Alps for Alpine Ibex, on Sapientza island(Greece) for Kri-Kri Ibex, in the mountains of northern British Columbia for Stone Sheep, And in the Ethiopian highlands for Mountain Nyala. And of course more species of small game for each of those(only one species for each map would be kinda weird).
I believe this will offer players more diverse experiences for the game, without having to wait years on end for really big maps full with lots of

I honestly rather wait, it takes time to make those maps for a reason

No offense but you must be smoking some good stuff lol. British Columbia has way to much potential for a small map. I agree it shouldn't be next , but if they ever make it then it should be a big map.

I do not like small maps because it is fair that three-quarters (75%) or two-thirds (66,7%) of a large map get lost. It’s a loss of resources and potential.

I think small maps make sense for very specific biomes with very sought after species like for example a map in the Yukon territory with fall sheep and only few other species and they can be made easier/in higher quantities

Gonna give my own input here but California imo wouldn't work as a small map theres too much potential that'll be wasted with the amount of biomes and species it could contain, would work better as a full sized map

Sure I understand people are tired of us maps but some still provide something that will warrant a full sized map

Pennsylvania with Whitetail, turkey, squirrels, grouse and pheasant would be a good one to me. 50/50 mix farmland and woods in the snowy winter. Would it be a great one meat grinder? Yes. Do I want it because it's where I'm from? Also yes.

I do very much understand that and I'm not arguing for no moose, but to me it seems incredibly high at least on my maps. For me it's a gripe since I'm not much of a moose hunter but that map is also just stupidly thick in a lot of places which is to a degree correct but man it sucks trying to hunt it. With the feeders it might change but idk. I know others complain because its just another north american map with normal things and not some random asian country full of exotics but you seriously can't do north america justice with just a couple maps.
