A lot of people saying no but I enjoy both games and can do both in Red Dead 2. So only figure it would make sense. Technology is advancing so much further then when this game was made and you can only add so much before its wash and repeat. We need better animal behavior, and more animal diversity and ways to game. If hunting and fishing in the same game isn't a "simulation" game then I suggest you get yourselves off the cough and go out and hunt, fish, and camp!

I've never hunted, but since COTW, I'd really like to.
Yes, of course, in real life, if I were to live in the forest, I'd hunt, fish, and trap. These three activities are interconnected, especially when following the seasons.
When I first bought COTW, I thought The Angler was part of COTW.

i hunt irl all the time (I live in the middle of nowhere) and well let's just say a truck isn't a good idea when hunting outside of getting to your chosen area and carrying a fishing rod and firearm at the same time will get heavy after harvesting a moose

You're definitely right about not carrying both at the same time, hence why you'd have a camp sight or truck with all of your gear. You have never fished and hunted in one trip before?

Why are you so hostile? There’s no reason to be. Fishing isn’t something everyone enjoys doing. That doesn’t mean they’re “ass” at fishing.
