Rework to Cuatro Colinas Game Reserve

Cuatro Colinas is a highly valued game reserve for a large part of the community, and I think it should receive more attention, as I think it was created prematurely. If the reserve were built today, it would be a thousand times better.

I realize this is a lot of content, but one way I can think of to implement these changes is:

1. Add a map of France with the Red-Legged Partridge and Common Quail species, rework the TruRACS (Roe Deer & Mouflon), remodel the wild boar, mouflon, and roe deer, and add the European Hare to the map of France.
2. Then, in the next update, which would be DLC, we would add the remodels (all ibexes), backfill in Cuatro Colinas, and replace the European Hare with the Iberian Hare.

In the province of Murcia (Spain), where the aoudad is abundant, this species coexists with the southeastern Iberian ibex.

The Aoudad is only found in Murcia and does not coexist with any other Iberian goats, as it is an invasive goat that drives out other species. Besides, we already have five goats in Spain. I don't see the need to add another one.

Generally, Iberian Ibex are browsers (they eat branches and leaves), while Aoudads are grazers (they mainly eat grass) and they can coexist. It is debatable if the Aoudad is classified as an invasive species.

I include this species because it exists. Spain is one of the principal destinations worldwide for aoudad hunting.

Yes, it is the main destination, but the aoudad is not from the peninsula; it was introduced to hunt, but they escaped and spread throughout Murcia, becoming an invasive species.

The wild boar needs a complete rework, in complexion, fur, color, model, etc.

The Iberian Wolf has the opportunity to have the new model from the Gray Wolf. Please, make it happen. 🐺

And set a reduced population, I’d leave one pack of wolves per mountain on the map, about four wolf packs total across the whole map, with around 6–7 wolves in packs.

EW made the fur variation for the Great One Gray Wolf before updating the model and fur for the Iberian Wolf. The Iberian Wolf looks neglected. 😔

It doesn't make sense in a map like Quatro Colinas to have pheasants and not partridges, which are considered the queens of small game.

There should be partridges, quails, and rabbits, instead of pheasants.

In my opinion, I prefer that they be removed from Spain, which would give the map more identity, and at the same time, there wouldn’t be 20,000 maps with pheasants.

I guess, there are a lot of maps with them but they don’t really take much space compared to like moose and red deer so it don’t mind them staying, but i would agree on that it gives the map more identity. But since Spain is known for it’s bird hunting, and the map is fairly desolate as it is and pheasant hunting is a very popular game to hunt i’d rather it staying. But i respect your opinion

The Andalusian Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus garganta), also known as the Morisco Roe Deer, is a subspecies of the European Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus) endemic to southern Andalusia. Its distribution is isolated from that of other subspecies found in Spain.

There’s only 6 maps with Pheasants, and one of those was basically specifically made for Pheasant Hunting (Salzweisen). I think pheasants are awesome so I have no problem with the being Pheasants on Cuatro, but I agree that Partridge, Woodcock, hell even Cantabrian/Pyrenean Capercaille would be cool.

These look really good as swine models in general, but our wild boar models overall lack the iconic massive hump/shoulders/head and small rump that gives them their signature look.

Let's trust EW and hope they do them right because these models of the Red Deer, Wild Boar and Roe Deer are incomplete models because they are not yet finished since they will come out together with the winter map that will come out approximately at the beginning of December.

Other than bears coming into bait at night, Woodland Caribou drinking at night, the crappy new .30-30, and some of the Muley Great One models, I've been impressed with them for the most part this year. Sure, I'd like to see some things go a different way, but they're getting more innovative and immersive and animal models are looking better and better. I'm pretty excited to see what's next!
