This is a very basic concept, filled with pretty much just the scenery and animals. Feel free to add anything if you want. I just wanted to throw this out there.

New species:
. Jaguar (Class 8)
. Marsh deer (class 5)
. Taruca (class 3)
. Grey brocket deer (class 3)
. Capybara (class 4)
. Pampas deer (class 4)
. Spectacled bear (class 7)
. Maned wolf (class 5)
. Llama (class 6)
. Nine-banded armadillo (class 2)
. Giant anteater (class 2)
. Giant otter (class 2)
. Bush dog (class 2)
. Black caiman (class 7)
. Chilean flamingo (class 1)
. South American tapir (class 5)
. Chacoan peccary (class 4)
. Anaconda (class 7)
. Ringed teal (class 1)
. Stripe-faced quail (class 1)

Returning species:
. Cougar (class 7)
. Cinnamon teal (class 1)

Biomes:
(Amazon Rainforest): lush and wet, you can walk through the beautiful yet deadly rainforests of bolivia, and watch your back…

(Cloud forest): Clouds cover and hug the high towering Andean mountains, and serves as the border to the high Andean plateau

(Andean highlands): The mountains in the background, with alpine grasslands covering the vast land, and is the perfect place for llamas and taruca

(Desert & Salt flat): Dry and desolate few animals, the flamingoes rule over the Salar de uyuni, and the sands whisper past you in the sun

(Wetland/Marsh): Swampy and dense, the swamps are a challenge to dredge through, will you be able to challenge the deadly animals around you.

(Amazon Grassland): pretty much just very sparse Amazon forests and patches in between large grasslands

So while this would be interesting there are a few things I will point out with the species list

  • Flamingo hunting isn't really a thing in the 21st century but the rest of the bird species you chose are good picks, Bolivia is also mostly known for wingshooting for species like dove and pigeons so in place of the Chilean Flamingo I would suggest the Picazuro Pigeon or the Eared Dove (either species would work)
  • Llama are more then likely to belong to someone even if they are roaming freely, alternatively the Vicuna would be a better fit on the basis that Vicuna are wild animals, if you want feral animals the water buffalo and feral pig exist in many parts of South America
  • There is no way an Anaconda would be above Class 3, snakes do not require that much firepower even if they do exceed 15 feet in length and weigh over 150 pounds and from what I could find on the subject: As long as you can find the head a 410 shotgun or a light calibre handgun will work fine

Interesting to see how this would work in game, i imagine the map like Askiy ridge, Andean mountains on the top left, jungle on the top right and the plateau on the lower bottom, at least the sizes of the biomes should be like that map

Realized giant otter and black caiman are not hunted. So i took out giant otter, and swapped black caiman with spectacled. Also added wild boars, Vicuña, and Picazuro pigeon, after feedback. If you feel change is needed, go ahead, as I want this to not just be my concept…but a group effort. I might not be very active though

To be honest I didn’t need to change the flamingoes, because…albeit. Yes you don’t hunt Chilean flamingo irl, we already have species in game that you don’t hunt irl either. I also thought anaconda’s were fine at class 7, because…correct me if I’m wrong,
The game’s rating is based off the difficulty not so much size. I mean, there’s no way tigers are the same size as buffaloes and bison, but they are class 9 for the difficulty. So why can’t it be the same. Idk he seems to do this under a lot of posts, and I fell for it. I don’t think he realizes that the game has to be unrealistic with its diversity of species, or we would get bored.

I think the only reason tigers are that class are because of self defense. Hunting these animals irl (because people do sometimes have to hunt them), you want them to die before getting to you, therefore, class 9. But for stuff like bison should be class 8 since people hunt them with 308s pretty often for example. So it’s based on the bullets like it should, but some tweaks are needed for it to be more realistic. EW have their own version of realism though, which since it’s a game, all things can’t be realistic for the sake of it being fun as well.
