Freezing while Starting Up

I have been playing for a while now, never had much technical issues apart from some crashes here and there, but as of late, while the game is loading the start menu my game freezes completely, no audio, and the image is frozen, if I try to Alt+Tab it shows the normal Alt+Tab "menu" of my PC but when I let go of Alt, my screen goes black, I can still open the Windows button and restart my PC, but I can´t play, a few days ago I tried unistalling the game, deleting all files of it on my PC, and downloading it back again, it worked and I didn't lose anything, but it froze again, I may know already how to fix it, but it seems only for a little while, it takes me 2-4 hours do download it back and doing it over and over again it's kinda of annoying, mainly having in mind I spent some money on the game + DLCs
