What would y'all say to a Coastal California reserve? The biggest draws for this map would be the Tule Elk and the new Great One, the Blacktail Deer. Along with remodels for Blacktail Deer and Coyotes. With this update comes the new multimount, the North American Elk Slam. Featuring all four North American Bull Elk subspecies.

#Golden Coasts Reserve - A California Map Idea/concept

#1342986300466135050 idea made already
@stable smelt This reserve was made strictly for the coasts of California.
Fair I guess. But why limit California to one area and not the full state with all the potential?
The coasts of Cali are gorgeous and I wanted to fit in as many Waterfowl species as possible.
Yeah cali has a ton of waterfowl, and the coasts can be gorgeous, but its just me personally but id prefer if EW did the 3 elk idea over the mass waterfowl
Im pretty sure that any Rocky Mountain Elk in that state are nowhere near the other two subspecies.
They are all in the state though even if they arent close
Not the first time EW has put multiple regions of a country or state and animals that live nowhere near eachother in that region
I'm always up for a new reserve. 👍
Some pictures of the new Upland bird species. (California Quail, Chukar, Sooty Grouse & Ruffed Grouse)
Some new species of waterfowl. (American Wigeon, Blue-winged Teal, Canvasback & Lesser Scaup)
True that. I wanted the Tule Elk to be the star of the map.
More new waterfowl species. (Ruddy Duck, White-winged Scoter & Hooded Merganser)
What about some elephant seals?
Seals are protected under law by California
I don't think seals would fit this map that well at all
I immediately thought seals would be number one when I saw the title of this post, but okay.
Really? When I think of Seals or Seal Hunting I think of Canada, Alaska or Greenland.
I’m talking about ELEPHANT seals
I know. I've read all the messages on this thread/post.
If they were to add a pinniped species to a California map I would think the California Sea Lion would be the most likely species and only because they have been subject to culls in nearby Oregon but should we get pinnipeds of any kind it will likely be with a Canadian Arctic or Greenland Reserve
I agree.
Or Alaska
Considering that we have Yukon Valley I'm not sure we would be getting an Alaskan map for a very long time, especially when demand for maps outside North America and Europe is high
Africa is freakishly large and has a freakish diversity of animals and a freakish number of animals, at that. I think Africa should be everyone’s best bet for something to even hope for in the next year.
I'm betting Mongolia or some where in the middle east.
The five biggest Tule Elk taken on Boone & Crockett Club.
Add Cougars so they can finally get that much needed remaster and heavy rework they so desperately need!
