PLEASE GIVE ME MY DATA BACK!!

I logged on recently, only to find, all of my packs, had been deleted, it still shows I own them, but won't let me use them, and then all of the maps I own, (I own most of the maps) they all showed that I hadn't discovered them, it's annoying, and it kinda makes me mad, all of those hours I put into this game gone, and I don't want to start over before seeing if you can fix this, in the photo, that's the most proof I've got, it shows all my tents and stands that are set up, but shoes none of the outposts/lodges claimed, I had them all discovered before hand. So please read this and please help me get this back.
