Hello, first of all, I would like to thank the game developers, because the game keeps getting better and better.

As a Spaniard, I love going out and spending a day in the Cuatro Colinas Reserve, but I feel like something is missing, and that is small game hunting. Besides, now with the German pointer, it is almost mandatory and would be a lot of fun.

That's why I would like to ask you to please add the following animals:

  • Perdiz roja (Alectoris rufa)
  • Codorniz (Coturnix coturnix)
  • Paloma torcaz (Columba palumbus)

It would also be great if you could add fallow deer and foxes.

Thank you.

I fully agree: adding small game species would be an outstanding enhancement, particularly in the Cuatro Colinas reserve.

In the context of Spanish hunting traditions, species such as the red-legged partridge (Alectoris rufa), common quail (Coturnix coturnix), and wood pigeon (Columba palumbus) are essential to small game hunting. Including them in the game would not only increase realism but also significantly enrich the diversity of hunting experiences within the reserve.

Being able to alternate between small and big game in the same environment would more accurately reflect the structure of real-life hunting outings in Spain, where it is common to pursue different types of game on the same day. It would also add meaningful functionality to the German Pointer, whose pointing and retrieving skills would be naturally suited to this gameplay dynamic.

From a game design perspective, these species would allow for the implementation of flight-based shooting mechanics, shotgun-focused gameplay, and strategic use of terrain features such as open fields and forest edges — similar to what we see with turkeys or geese in other reserves. For example, walk-up hunting for partridges could fit seamlessly within the game’s current mechanics, especially with realistic group behavior and flushing patterns.

In short, incorporating both small and big game in Cuatro Colinas would make it the first reserve to offer a truly complete and representative mixed-game ecosystem, something that would be highly appreciated by players seeking authenticity and variety.

European turtle dove (Streptopelia turtur). In Cuatro Colinas, there are many Sunflowers for them. 🌻

Sure that could, but hopefully with the release of pigeons or doves we can have them be in trees, then you have a blind like at the edge of the forest or smthn and then you just make em take off and pop em

I’m also Spanish, and ever since the release of the Cuatro Colinas reserve I’ve felt a special connection with it. It’s a beautiful, well-designed map that reflects landscapes familiar to those of us in Spain. Every time I play it, I enjoy it a lot, but I feel it’s missing something essential: small game hunting.

In Spain, small game hunting is part of our tradition. Hunting days focused on the red-legged partridge (Alectoris rufa), common quail (Coturnix coturnix), or wood pigeon (Columba palumbus) are iconic. Adding these species to Cuatro Colinas would bring variety, authenticity, and cultural connection to the reserve.

The addition of the German Shorthaired Pointer makes this idea even stronger. This dog is perfect for small game hunting, and including these species would make its role much more meaningful and realistic. Just imagining a hunting day with the dog working the fields and flushing partridges or quails would be an amazing experience.

I also believe adding fallow deer (Dama dama) and red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) would be a great improvement. Both species are iconic in Iberian wildlife and would add more hunting opportunities and replayability. The fallow deer, with its impressive antlers, is highly valued in Spain, while the fox would bring a different type of challenge and an important role in predator management.

I’d also like to thank the development team for your constant effort. Every update improves the game, and it’s clear how much passion you put into it. I’m sure these additions would make Cuatro Colinas an even more complete, authentic, and attractive map for Spanish and European players.

Thank you very much, and congratulations on the great work!
