Please fix this!! 410 buckshot and slug should work with this gun.

This was among the first things I checked as well. A case could be made for buckshot since it is a highly similar load with slightly larger pellets. Rifling for slugs and .45 rounds is a stickier (flexible arcade game world) question. Sabot out of a handgun would introduce a few ballistic oddities to say the least.

You don't need rifling for slugs, grew up in shotgun zone in Minnesota and shot slugs out of smooth bore shotguns

#

The Judge/Governor is an up close and personal gun, not much for precision after 10 feet lol

Which has no bearing on the fact .45 barrel has rifling. 🤔

I own a Judge, there is rifling in the barrel, has to be or it's considered a sawed off shotgun and would be illegal in all states not just California like it is now. Taurus compromised a bit between shooting 45 Colt and 410 (mainly for buckshot spread). People do shoot slugs through their Judges (I have not). Definitely good with Federal 410 with 000 buckshot loads at even 20 ft. 45 Colt still shoots solid groupings with the somewhat shallower rifling.

I actually went target practicing on Sunday with my boss's father-in-law and had him shoot it too, he was pleasantly surprised

This arcade game is not a simulation and is not concerned with balancing in-game behaviors to meet the demands of those attempting to demand it be so. ⛓️‍💥

It's more simulation than the Cabela's games lol

And back to the original message about this issue.....if the gun can shoot a shotshell (on the game) it can shoot a shotshell regardless if it's a slug or buckshot. If this is just an arcade game then it shouldn't matter the projectile too much

I've legitimately never seen a sabot slugs for a .410, or a rifled barrels on a .410. That said. I have owned a Comanche and Super Comanche handguns. They are large single shot handguns with a break action.

While I never saw sabot slugs I did actively hunt with both .45 colt and rifle .410 slugs. There was even a rifled choke with each handgun that allowed for more accurate shooting with the .410 loads.

I had fist size groups out to around 50 yards with the Comanche and 75 with the Super Comanche (longer barrel and scope)

I'll be completely honest, it wasn't the best thing in the world but it was pretty effective for feral pigs and smaller deer. I still don't think it should be legal for deer hunting but at least in the scope of a game it could work.

I don't want to argue this but I do think the .410 ammo should work in all the .410s you've bought

This is the handgun I had. I haven't owned one in probably 20 years so I couldn't tell you if it had better rifling than the judge pistols, just my own experience

A lot of young (and some older) hunters learned to shoot and hunt with a 410

I've found a deer before that someone had shot with .410 buckshot, it was not a pretty sight and I finished it off with a .45.

I have never been convinced that a .410 is capable of killing deer effectively but I have used it several times, with slugs, to hunt for feral pigs and deer. One time in particular due to an injury that made my right hand useless
