Solved: "Since the mission is already marked as completed, the fix won’t retroactively reset your current progress. To test whether the issue is resolved, we recommend backing up your Steam save folder and then starting a new save file. This will allow you to check if the mission now behaves correctly under the updated requirements, without risking your existing progress."

Usually, changes like this only take effect in a new save, so your current save won’t be affected. Please take the steps recommended in the ticket - you’ll now be able to continue the mission!
