There is one big problem with explosive weapons in a hunting game; you want an intact carcass. Use this thing against a rabbit and you will end up with a huge mess of blood and guts rather than a carcass. May be slightly more practical with larger game but still kinda not great. There is a reason it is primarily a military weapon; in war you aren't trying to harvest intact corpses.
