I’ve been playing this game since 2019 on one character and reached the max level awhile ago. However as you can’t unlock all the perks and skills it means that I’ve missed out on some of the features that they bring. I don’t think limiting the number of skills and perks you can get benefits this game it’s not like an dog where you have to make trade offs for x or y perk so I think we should be able to unlock all of them at the same time. (I know that you can do skill and perk resets but that’s beside the point imo)
