I had the same thing after the Askiy DLC purchase, so try this: Go to Manage Game and Add-Ons and look down the list - if any are Unchecked it means you own them but they are not Installed. Checkmark those DLCs and click Install. It should be there when you open the game again

As it appears that the Treestand & Tripods Pack DLC is properly recognized as owned in your game, you should find some of the structures in your storage locker, accessible by interacting with the cache at an outpost and selecting Storage on the left. The option to buy more of the tree stands and tripods using in-game cash should also become available in the Store menu.
