I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with launching the game due to a save directory error.
If this continues to happen and the Error Report window continues to appear, please click "What does this report contain?" in the window, select all listed files, and click "Export". This will create a .zip file containing data about the crash.
Once you have the file, please submit a ticket using this link and attach the file along with your pictures, and we will investigate and assist you with resolving the problem: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Sorry but what do you mean by “select all listed files”
After clicking "What does this report contain?", you should see a list of three files - simply click each of them to make sure they will be included in the .zip file created after clicking "Export".
I only see 2 files
In that case, please send the two files to us in a ticket: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
To put in a ticket how do I transfer them over into the ticket?
There is an Attachments section at the bottom of the ticket form where you can add files.
