Extreme lag spikes and audio glitch

Hi!
I have been having this issue since the new update, where my game runs regularly but after like 20-30 minutes, I get this horrible audio glitch, while the game starts running on 2-3 fps. So far this has happened on both Layton lake and Emerald Coast maps and it's getting pretty annoying :/

I already tried verifying the game files, played with the setting (especially graphics and UI stuff such as timezones etc.) and even reinstalled the whole game but to no avail.

If anyone has a tip on how to fix this, I would really appreciate it 😦
