Hello, dear support team! I play on the XBox Series S, the XBox community has already completed the challenge and I myself have contributed 24 animals to it.
In the last few months, the reward was always available after reaching 100%. This is not the case with the June Challenge! So when can you expect the reward? When the challenge has expired?

Support put out the following message on a similar thread not too long ago, hope this helps:

Hey dear team, I'm also on Xbox and experiencing the same thing on my end too. I have 10 animals towards the event and it also says it's 100% on my end for this new event too. I know last time when we had the bear event it said it was 100% and I got a bear kill it contributed to the event when it said it was 100% and I got the reward for it. Is there anything the Xbox players are not seeing on our end?
