Albertan Apex bugged

Was checking my quest for the Albertan Apex but could not find it till I saw that it was in the complete side quest even though I had only did 3 of the mission objectives.

I have the same issue, but if you read the description it says you actually just have to kill 15 gold scoring animals.

Then it should read harvest a gold for each not just 15 gold of any

Same for me. Mission completed without having harvested the needed animals
