Since the Bighorn Sheep have been remodeled, which look amazing now. With fur quality and anatomy that is so much better, and giant horns on the Diamonds, I think that Desert Sheep could be added now. All that would be needed to be done is change the horns a bit, some darker more chocolate colors. And make them heavier and makes the edges more broomed off on larger ones, from small Golds to Diamonds. Make it so they're not as fluffy, since Desert Sheep have very little hair, with pronounced hips and much thinner legs. As well as some more desert colored furs, which I will name below.
I think this would bring the map more play-ability, and for the future if or when Dall and Stone Sheep get added.

We need Desert Bighorns on Rancho, Rockie Bighorns on Alberta/SRP and Dall Sheep on yukon. I really hope we are able to complete the north american sheep grand slam one day

I'd love for this change ngl. There are some subtle differences between Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep and Desert Bighorn Sheep, and I feel like it would be really cool to see those implemented someday

Yes, in Spain there are Aoudads. Cuatro Colinas has many mountain species while Rancho del Arroyo has a large part of mountain terrains and has only one Bighorn Sheep, so I would like to add Aoudad in Arroyo.
