Tried like 25 times to Start and restard my pc 3 times
maybe try re-installing or verify the game files, by right clicking on the game on the left hand side click properties. then installed files, then at the bottom of the list itll say verify "verify integrity of game files, which will see whats missing from the files and replace it if im not mistaken
