Albertan Apex mission bugged

On the Albertan Apex mission, where you need to hsrvest a gold of each species on the map, it's been moved to 'completed' but it's not. I shot a nice gold Elk and it didn't register.

if you check the text it says 15 gold from any of the listed animals so you could have got 14 ducks and one deer and it would have completed

Yep, just happened to me immediately upon loading the map, nothing killed yet that session. I only had 6 golds crossed off so far (whitetail, pronghorn, and grouse in common with OP). I had just purchased some cosmetic DLC before loading; doesn't seem like that should be related but who knows.

how many gold whitetail pronghorn and grouse did you get because they are cumulative not singular

That is not the way this mission should work, nor is it the way it works on any other map.

edit: Also, as I stated, the mission completed when I loaded the map, not after harvesting a gold.

Exactly. It says if you can harvest 15 and even that I I didn't get. Typically this type of mission—at least on all the other maps—involves getting everything on the list. I worked on some of the maps for months to get all the necessary gold (or diamonds) It's bugged.

please read the quest text it says there are 19 species but if you bring me 15 trophies you will be considered a master hunter.
to me that means bring any 15 golds (which is very easy to do) not one of each species

No, that's not how these missions are supposed to work. You haven't figured it out. It's been acknowledged as a bug by support in another thread on the same topic.

Maybe they did tried to make this new gold challenge easier by making it achievable with an any species gold rule... but 15 is even lower than the number of species on the map... anyway, just like us, they do consider this as an issue and said they are working on a fix here : #1384872223583637597 message

please link the thread.
if it where a bug why would the quest text specifically state there are 19 "species" but you only need 15 "trophies".
just because previous quests required one of each species does not mean they are fixed to that format.

Well, considering that , if you look / count on my screenshot, I have 5 animals sucessfully checked, you're still wrong.

Thanks, DoofusMagnus. Gotta love it when people can't read OR count, but will jump in and tell you you're not reading/understanding it.
I have every map, with every mission finished and I've never seen a mission that listed species/level specifically in the mission, but didn't expect you to harvest those specific species/level to clear the mission.

Hey support. It says you fixed it, presumably for future players, but are you going to be able to reset the mission and do it properly? if it's already finished by the bug?
