When I open the Map and want to teleport the options don't show up. So I can't set a marker or teleport. I have to restart the game and then it works for a few minutes and this bug appears again. So every 5-10 minutes I have to restart the game.

I have the same issue. The map menu gets screwed up where it either starts duplicating items in the list, or it just refuses to open at all. The only 'fix' is to restart the game.
Pretty sure this same bug happened some years back (maybe with the Rancho update?) but it eventually got fixed.
