I pre ordered the new map 2 days ago the payment went through, I just went into game but everytime I click on the new map it says “buy the dlc” I click on it then it tells me I already own it BUT I cannot go on the new map. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Yes I did and what worked for me on console is i had to reinstall it
