If, by any chance, you ever uploaded your save before to PS+ or set up automatic uploads, we'd recommend checking on your cloud storage to see if you have an old copy of your hunter you could download. I have the very same issue worked fine after updating switched off and when I tried to restart the game same error message no record of my account. Is this happening to all console players Im on xbox

Xbox gets shafted cus someone messed up and released update to soon and EW forces update that breaks it for anyone who had automatic updates on? Summed up correctly yeah?

I try telling them as well I lost everything and they just won't do anything to help they just want our money 🤑💰 and not care this is why I stop supporting them because they are very money hungry folks. Don't buy from them and they give us garbage 🗑️🚮 DLCs with the same animals and 2 new animal . and bigger guns to kill smaller animals what a joke the hunter call of the wild / call of duty .
EW is a great scam give me your money and we get garbage 🗑️🚮 they got us good.
