Additions regarding our hunting dog

I didn't see any suggestions regarding this, so I hope this is not a double post.

1. Vests / Customization for our loyal companion

• How often did I mistake my pointer for a wolf or another animal in tall grass. In real life you wouldn't hunt with your dog without making sure they wouldn't be accidentally mistaken for a wild animal, would you? It would add a great portion of immersion and realism.
• The vest would be a virtual only feature without any gameplay effects.

2. Hunting dog breeds

• A wider selection of hunting dogs as I know our virtual dogs have become an irreplacable help to our hunting trips for many hunters. I don't mind having more than one dog breed for the same work of field. There are so many beautiful and old hunting dog breeds out there! Let me list just a few!

Pointers:

• Weimaraner
• Irish- or English Setter

Retrievers:

• Golden- or Flat Coated Retriever
• Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

Scent Hounds

• Basset
• Bavarian Mountain Scent Hound
• Beagle
• American- or English Foxhound

I would love to see just a bit more of a variety. It makes fun to train each dog but I think the selection could be wider.

i agree with vests for dogs but i would rather like to see breeds with an new use rather than just an new dog with an old use.

I totally see your point with a new use, yes. But even then I'd like to see more than just one dog breed per use. Imo two breeds per use would satisfy most of the playerbase that use dogs for their hunting trips. I agree with adding more fields of work for the dogs such as driving dogs (maybe even multiple dogs out at once, would fit for a hound to press onto boars, foxes etc.)

I am once again requesting bear/cat/coon hounds, with the ability to use multiple dogs, and have a GPS dog tracker built into the HunterMate that allows you to just let the dogs loose without them hanging up at a certain distance from you and instead just be able to let them track while keeping an eye on their location remotely.

i would like to see new breeds for an old use to, but just later down the line.

Hound pack should be multiple popular breeds so gamers can have options when it comes to running dogs for bear/cats/coons, deer, hogs, and rabbits.

I'm thinking Plotts, Blueticks, Redbones, Treeing Walkers, Fox Hounds, and Beagles to start.

And if they want to throw in a new truck dlc with a portable dog box...I mean, who am I to disagree??

that would be kinda nice but then you have the question how do you handle the price? it would be kinda a scam if they put out a new dog with an old use for the same price since its just an new model. they would scam themselves to to make it less expansive then the origanel dog since new players would buy the remodeled one, means EW is getting less money. its a paradox

Thing is, maybe a naive thinking of mine, that a remodel of the same hunting "use" dog shouldn't be a paid dlc. Since it's the same use. I think they should be included in the respective dog dlc and renamed to "retriever dlc" "pointer dlc" or something.

Even if they raise the price a bit, but I also doubt that anyone would buy 5 dlcs for a dog that literally has no gameplay changes and is just a remodel. Except for those FOMO players but I'm not counting that in rn.

This would be a problem with the other dog DLCs, but not the hound pack since that would be new. And if they included truck with dog box, price would not be a problem for me and a bunch of other players.

oh sorry missiunderstanding 😅 you meant a dog dlc with an new use. i mean it would be nice but multible breeds? i doubt EW would do that work to model multiple dogs but how knows ? would be nice

I'm not sure about that. If they raise the price of the dlc a bit it could encourage more players to buy the dlc bcs perhaps "their" dog is now included. I only bought the bloodhound back in the time bcs It was the first dog to appear. I wouldn't have bought it as of today if I had the selection.

when they would raise the dogs price again (like with the bloodhound when the retriver arrived) they would scam new players who need to buy it for a higher pric then old players, who would get the new varient on top without needing the pay a cent

I also want a german shepherd but that is used as a tracking dog for hunting i think
