my friend tries to join me but it makes him join a different multiplayer server

ive been on the multiplayer server before

he has restarted his whole steam and i re hosted the multiplayer lobby

i went into a different multiplayer lobby and he still got sent to the other multiplayer lobby

i restarted and still didnt fix the issue

he can join me on another map
