Great One Grey Wolf

Hello everyone, this is a thread for me to show off some fan-made designs for the Great One Grey wolf and discuss the possibilities! My Great One wolf design is based on large spitz dog breeds like Malamutes and Eurasiers, as well as Wolf 21M of Yellowstone. I will be giving him color variations later.

Transparent Ver to allow people to make their own Great One Wolf colors if they'd like! Also yes I will be adding the last limb eventually.

Ideas I have planned:

• Fabled Salted
  This variation is meant to represent "elder" Black wolves that have greyed with age, such as 755M of Yellowstone, Zephyr of the Wolf Conservation Center, and Twister of Hershey Park Zoo.

• Fabled Primal
  Based on Dire wolves, but with a twist. This will aim to be a paleo-accurate "reconstruction" of what Dire wolves may have looked like. We will never know what Dire wolves truly looked like, but I plan on incorporating some aspects of Dholes (Asiatic wild dogs), Jackals (Black-backed and Side-striped), and Raccoon dogs.

• Fabled Painted
  Meant to be a "tri-colored" wolf of sorts, based on African wild dogs, but with some Grey wolf traits.

• Fabled Masked (Name Pending)
  An umber melanistic/brown melanistic wolf with a black mask and paws, and a white marking on the chest.

• Fabled Blacksmoke
  A black melanistic wolf with lots of silvery coloration, kind of like a Silver fox!

Gonna skip on Fabled Primal for now since I'll need to think on what I want on that more.

I would like to encourage other people here to make some Great One color ideas for the Grey wolf! Heres the transparent base for you to use, if you'd like -- or make one entirely from scratch if you'd like!

Kinda love how you are taking inspiration from other canines and actual color morphs of wolves

Yeah. I want to do more fantasy color variations since thats what GOs are for but I don't trust my brain enough to make visually appealing ones

Nah, wolf drink time is perfectly fine how it is. Plus, they hunt you. Can't get that with other GOs

Bears had a nighttime drink zone before they switched it to early morning. People managed just fine. Only reason people complained is because it overlapped with mtn lion drink time.

I use ibispaint personally! Its a free website. Could try that.

Also, I know my coloring is ass. I don't like coloring. I just do lineart and thats it 80% of the time. I'm just making extremely rough concepts here. For any other artists wanting to make skins, you're absolutely free to go overboard.
