So everytime I check my inventory it tells me I have all these items missing like duck decoys, weapons and deployables. I in fact still have them but the message still pops up everytime and its very annoying

I'm sorry to hear the loadout popup message is causing you annoyance.
Please note that the message saying "You no longer own this item" appears when opening your storage and selecting a loadout that includes an item that you no longer have in your inventory or storage.
For example, if your duck decoy is saved to a loadout and you deploy it somewhere in the reserve and then open your storage, the game will ask you whether you wish to buy the decoy to complete your loadout. This is intended to happen with most of the consumable and placeable items as part of the loadout feature.
If you wish for the notification to not appear, simply remove the affected item from your current loadout or select a different loadout.
