Atop the desert mountains of southern Mongolia, lies Khoni Galyn Uuls Hunting Reserve. In the heat of the desert, and in the mountains live giant Argali Sheep, sometimes referred to as the “Aguu Neg Khoni” many have tried to get one of them, but were unsuccessful. There are a multitude of other animals as well. Large Ibex, sneaky Snow Leopards, and the even rarer Saiga Antelope.
Hunt them with a bolt-action Dragunov Sniper Rifle, chambered in 7.62x54mmR. - (I have no idea what this means btw please tell me)

Nilgiri Tahr lives in India

Gobi Argali only. Not Altai Argali because lives in another faraway range.

There is not Wapiti in Gobi Desert

I imagine that if they made a Mongolian Reserve it would be a representation of the entire country and not just the Gobi Desert, this would allow for the Altai Wapiti (Your Mongolian Elk) and Altai Argali

The Gobi Bears I would personally avoid including as a huntable animal

If you want brown bears I would like to suggest the East Siberian Brown Bear which ranges into Northern Mongolia

I do find the inclusion of feral cashmere goats odd since given their value alive I'm going to assume that herders would try and capture a feral herd instead

And the Nilgri Tahr is only found in the Western Ghats of India, thousands of miles away from Mongolia

For an upland bird species I would like to suggest the Pallas's Sandgrouse since they do get hunted, and if you want more small game Mongolia is home to two species of marmot with the main one being the Tarbagan Marmot which are commonly hunted and eaten in Mongolia
