Yes sir they always do that to me they delete all of my messages as well only when you confront them for the hot mess they done. And when you tell them about the problem they play the blame game and they say it's pc or the console. This the reason why I'm not supporting them because they are just to Lazy to get the job done with us and now they block us for asking for help no they say to put a ticket but it's never answered. Just like what they done to me. And others who asked for help. Just saying. Don't even waste your time and money.
