Hello to all hunters, huntresses, and supporters.
I have a question about how I can further improve the connection—specifically, the connection to me as the host. So far, I have taken the following steps:

  1. I paid extra to my provider to get a public IP address.
  2. I set up port forwarding with the following ports open:
    • TCP: 3074
    • UDP: 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500 + my alternative port that I use on Xbox (bi-directional).
  3. I disabled UPnP to avoid conflicts (I tried keeping UPnP enabled, but the results weren’t as good).

Despite these settings, some players still have trouble connecting. I was thinking about trying port triggering instead of port forwarding, in case that makes a difference. What other options could I try to improve the connection for other players?

My Xbox is directly connected to the router via a CAT6 cable, using a symmetrical 1GB/s fiber-optic connection. Are there any other ways I can further enhance the connection?
