I thing Canada goose should be a Great one because Canada goose Great one will be the one new players start out with and most likely get first, also Canada goose can out in 2018 which makes is one of the older species. That is why I thing there should be a Canada goose Great one.

The second photo is already in game, brown Hybrid. A great one goose needs some exceptionally cool furs to make it stand out. I'm very much all for this idea, and would like it to happen, but for the whole community to be happy, they would need to look awesome and not be realsitic. They'll also need initial spawns, otherwise, nobody would try to get one.

Tripod 150 m away from your decoys and .22 the geese when they are calm is a good strat for if the respawns don’t get reworked.
But nobody is gonna grind with this method

I’d say keep the great ones to the big animals, great one birds aren’t really worth it, plus they already have a bunch of great skins

It certainly would be interesting to have a G1 Canada Goose, but I reckon Great Ones should be given to large mammals. Especially species that have been getting asked a significant amount for one, like Elk, Bison or Roe deer.

Exactly, when i imagine great one waterfowl it just seems like they wouldn’t look much different i mean sure we got a great one pheasant and i’d even be ok with a great one turkey but i can’t imagine a great one waterfowl without looking wildly out of place. Regular great one are like the final boss of an animal, waterfowl aren’t really like that, idk it’s just out of place
