Just got this glitch on Xbox

I'm sorry to hear your cache menus were affected by a glitch. I appreciate you taking the time to post a screenshot.

If this effect persists between multiple openings of the cache and if you haven't already done so, please try fully closing the game while making sure it's not suspended and launching it again to see if the Store, Storage, and Character menus reappear in the cache.

Xbox has problems like this never after closing the game but there are bugs like this relatively often
