After finishing all the quests, buying everything in the store, building every stands on all the maps - a few months ago I disabled cloud backups, saved my old save files and started a new game, now as a Bowhunter only.... Than Yesterday I upgraded my old Hard disk - reinstalled Windows , reinstalled Steam and COTW, - disbaled cloud backup for save files, restored my "new save file" the bowhunter one, and started the game... Somehow it still pulled down the "Old - all completed" save file. I tried restarting, reinstalling COTW, even tried disconnecting laptop from network when I am starting COTW - no use, whatever I do I will end up back at the old "All completed" save file, can't continue my "New - Only lvl 41 Bowhunter"
Where is it getting that old file from? I am deleting the full saves directory, disabling cloud sync, disconnect the network cable, disable wifi, start the COTW - and it generates a new Save file with my old "You already did everything" save file. = Where is it even getting that" How could I go back to the "I use what I have in the save directory, " status ?

Found the issue, it was pulling it from the local copy of my OneDrive...
