Frozen Animals on Hirschfelden

Any advice on how to fix animals staying frozen on Hirschfelden? I have validated files, uninstalled/reinstalled... It is mainly Red Foxes, Red Deer, and some Boars.

but other species are affected as well, but not every animal on the map is frozen

animals often freeze, in some places it happens more then others
how often do you see frozen animals?

It is across the entire map on hirschfelden. Every red deer, red fox, and most boars are not moving. I have seen it rarely over the years, but this is the first time it is every single one, and continues after reloads and reinstalling
