I've had it happen twice or so. But for some reason at times the icons for bird decoy spots seems to be close together. Not sure whether I've put them too close or it would happen anyway.
I'm also not sure if this is another bug or issue but there have been times when setting up the decoys thst it will end up creating two icons for the set up. Not sure if its me just setting them up outside of the first ones range a little

It’s a known issue, most consistently replicated if you don’t place them down all at once (aka you pick one up to reposition it) it doesn’t rejoin the initial stack for some reason. Best way to prevent this you just have to place them all exactly where you want them the first time or pick up all of them and re-place them to reset the stack. Very annoying.
