Missions bugging if you interact with something before dialogue ends

I’ve had this happen of two missions one on SRP and one on Te Awaroa. I think the SRP one was “setting up” and the Te Awaroa one is “toxicology report”. In setting up I interacted with one of the three things then another before the firsts dialogue was finished which bugged it not allowing me to register completing it. I had pressed new game and the second time I attempted this mission it worked. On toxicology I was attempting to enter the outpost before the dialogue for the thing that I needed to fix was over glitching it. I really want the mocha moose but don’t know how to fix it. I even had to turn missions off due to the thunderstorm the mission starts and it won’t end since it doesn’t let me finish the mission. If there’s any way to fix this without pressing new game I’d love to know
