Semi-auto rifles are cool but we have plenty of them and bolt actions. Can we please have a few that are different.
A modern .30-30 using polymer tipped and round nose bullets. Preferably with a longer barrel with a 300m range. It would have the same type of receiver as the Moradi .44 so it can use all the scopes. I hunt with a .30-30 every year and I've taken elk, black bear, mule deer and whitetail with no trouble at all. Never once considered shooting a coyote or a tiny little fox with it so please make it 3-7.
A Lever Action rifle in .338 would be incredible as a dedicated class 7-9 and use all the scopes in the game really well.
Last pick would be a .50 caliber muzzleloader, exactly like the Curman but as a pistol.
