We also have 2 bolt action weapon packs, hunter power and hunters choice bolt action pack with 3 weapons that are basically the same in being 308, 450bm and 7mm ( slightly different in power and classes though lets be honest a lot of players only use them mainly on classes 4 to 6 ), 2 powerful ones in 338 and 375 and then 300blk. Personally though we definitely need more lever action rifles and pump action rifles. What we also need is more new cartridges/calibers or at least reuse ones that only have 1 option like 6.5, 270 and 9.3x74r. Though all 3 of those need changed in order to compete with the other weapons.

.270 lever action with detachable magazine, .30-30 with modern polymer tipped ammunition, and .454.

All reused calibers, all bringing something new to the game EW could easily do this if they weren't catering to grinders who don't pay any more for the game than the rest of us

Yet most of the packs have something in them that everyone uses not just grinders. If they really wanted to cater to grinders then 300blk would’ve been an AR with a 10 round mag and class 2 to 5 cater to the fox grind.

I think what they are doing is random pack, bolt action, semi automatic repeat, which is kinda an odd strategy Ngl

Or at least something like. IMO though they really should expand weapon packs from 3 weapons to 5 and add more variety

Something like 2 rifles, 1 pistol, 1 shotgun and 1 bow would be a fantastic pack

If we got •[1] 1-3/2-6 •[1] 3-7/4-8 •[1] 5-9/7-9 with every pack, I'd be fine with 3 weapons so long as we get "different actions" if EW releases existing calibers. But 5 weapons for $8.99 is alot more appealing to do theme/era weapons & calibers so long as we have C:1-9 covered with each pack either way.

☝.410 with buck & slugs! I'm really upset that all the gauges have Bird, Buck, & Slugs while 410ga only has birdshot. I get we got the revolver but we still dont have a 410 shotgun its been how long now? Its ridiculous.

I have no clue I havn't used shotguns in forever bc they all suck except the drilling bc I use slugs and dont have a bolt shotgun. I'd use the lever 10ga but it doesn't have optics and I'm p* * * *ed the new shotgun scope isnt compatible with it. Edit I forgot about the Rancho 16ga I use occasionally but I havn't used shotguns since the winter update.

I loved using the 12ga over/under with slugs and the 1-4 scope for lions way back when but I don't hunt with them often because I don't care for birds. But if birdshot has been buffed then I'd carry the pistol for turkeys lol

see shotguns I'm very picky about. Break Single, SxS, Lever, or Bolt is my preference. Not a fan of O/U, Pumps, or Semi-autos, esp. Semi-autos. Unless I'm in Combat or Shooting Competition but thats different.

I just want a single shot anything really but we need a 410ga. Shotgun as well. I'll take anything as long as its not a semi or O/U. But we defn. need a single & a bolt shotgun at some point but plz EW no more 10ga.'s Its covered.

I don't really know a lot about guns, so I'd like to hear about .220, .204, .30-40, the noslers, 50-110 and .45 ACP. If I have more questions I'll ask

.30-40 Krag 3-8

33 Nosler and 28 Nosler is similar to .338Wn Mag and 300Win Mag respectively but a bit more versatile so 5-9 would be quite nice and 33 Nosler would be my preference. I’ll take any chance I can get to have a .300 or similar in a more accurate class range.

50-110 is like 45-70 on steroids, among the most powerful lever action cartridges

.45ACP could be a solid 2-4 for general use.

50-110 is a monster, it's elephant rifle class but in a lever action with the ammo capacity to make it a monster killer

I wouldn't hesitate to go for elephant with it

For some reason I've been thinking a lot about the .264 Win Mag for a while now. We used to sell them in a slick little Ruger bolt action when I worked at Sportsman's Warehouse back in the day. Can't think of the model off the top of my head. Would be a good class 3-7 rifle.

We need more unique class ranges.

IMO, either the .257 goes up to 7 or black bear and gators go down to 6, while wolves go down to 4/5.

If we're going to do that, let's make Sika and Mouflon class 3, Cougars/Puma class 4, and Caribou/Reindeer class 5. Idk, I tested out the .257 on both Black Bear and two heavier cow Manitoban Elk - it does the job. I'd be fine with either these reclassifications or making the .257 a 3-7. Heck, Beaver could use a class 3 rating, too. Pain in the butt hunting them with any class 1-2 or 2-4 gun as things are currently.

Cougars are fine in 5 imo, there’s some danger factor to them that puts them above whitetail slightly.
