i have updated my computer, graphics card and verified the files and I'm unable to play or even get into the game without crashing and the screen turns black and while its black i am unable to open other windows and or even open the task manager to close it. at that point i have to manually turn my pc off and back on to get my pc back to normal .I'm not sure what to do but i need help PLEASE!

I had a similar problem with other games. In my case it helped to do an BIOS-update of the motherboard. So maybe you want to check, if there are new versions of your BIOS available. Also check all other system based components for updates (chipset, etc.). Maybe it also helps in your case.

i had a smiliar problem also i bought a new monitor and it was like that i returned the monitor and got another one then it worked
