To the point, on September 12th, 2024 I was deleted CoTW because need more storage in my laptop, I think my account was back, and on January 23th, 2025 I decided to Install again then my account was gone, that normal?, I was a little disappointed because I had worked hard to get that account, but now I have a better account. And I asked if that was normal? Thankss

I'm sorry to hear you lost your progress after reinstalling the game. I understand this can be confusing.
Please note that your in-game data is only saved locally on your PC and in the platform-specific cloud storage feature if you have it enabled, such as Steam Cloud or the Xbox cloud. Cloud saves on Epic Games are currently not supported and Apex Connect accounts are not tied to in-game progress in any way.
As such, if you didn't have these features enabled or if you are using the Epic Games Launcher to play, your progress could have indeed been lost when you uninstalled the game from your system.
We recommend regularly backing up your save files to ensure no progress is lost in case of unfortunate situations. You can see the location of your saves folder in this article: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415681575058-How-to-send-your-savegame-files-to-support
To create a backup, simply copy the folder and paste it somewhere else on your system. Whenever you'd like to load the data, replace your current saves folder with the backup copy.
