I'm sorry to hear you experienced trouble with Sombra's behavior during the related mission in Cuatro Colinas. I understand this can be disappointing.

If you haven't harvested the wolf, then as with any other mission-related animals, it should reappear in the mission area after you close the game, launch it again, and return to the reserve. Please try doing so and check if the animal can be found afterward.
